With proper care, most flowers can last 5 to 10 days, and we are committed to delivering arrangements that bring joy and lasting beauty.

2. Delivery Policy

• Colombo City Limits: Delivery is available within Colombo city limits.
• Extended Areas: Deliveries outside Colombo may include additional charges based on distance and accessibility.
• Preferred Delivery Times: While we do our best to honor your requested delivery times, exact delivery slots cannot always be guaranteed due to operational or logistical limitations.
• Special Locations: Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, offices, and high-security areas may be subject to specific conditions.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• All online orders should be made 24 hours prior to delivery date.
• Requests for changes, postponements, or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery.
• Approval of changes is subject to management discretion and product availability.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

• Any complaints regarding freshness, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
• Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement.
• Refunds & replacements are processed only after a standard review of the complaint.

5. Flower Substitutions

• Occasionally, due to seasonal or regional availability, certain flowers may be substituted.
• Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall theme, color, and style of your chosen bouquet.
• If there is a need for major substitutions, we will confirm with you before proceeding.
• Color preferences can be accommodated depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

• Every order includes a free handwritten message card.
• Handwritten notes can be added to make your floral gift more meaningful.

8. Payment Terms

• All orders must be fully paid at the time of confirmation.

10. Bulk Orders, Weddings & Corporate Events

• For large-scale arrangements, including weddings, corporate events, or custom bulk orders, we require an initial consultation to discuss your preferences, themes, and requirements.
• To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
• The final payment must be made 30 days prior to the function date to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Any changes requested after final confirmation will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
