  1. Which areas qualify for free delivery and preferred delivery time slots?

       We offer delivery within Colombo city limits:

  • Colombo 01 – Colombo 15
  • Dehiwala, Nugegoda, Delkanda, Mount Lavinia, Maharagama, Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, Kotte, Bambalapitiya

  1. How can I place an order?

      You can order your flowers easily through:

  1. What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

      If the recipient is not present, our team will:

  • Try to contact the recipient or sender via phone.
  • Leave the flowers with a trusted person (such as a neighbour or receptionist) if possible.
  • If no safe option is available, we will bring the flowers back and reschedule delivery.
  1. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

      Yes 🌸 Our delivery service operates 7 days a week, including public holidays.

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

      Once your order is placed via WhatsApp or Facebook, you will receive a confirmation message via email. You can also reach out to us anytime on WhatsApp to track your order status.

      Absolutely!  Just provide us with the correct delivery details and any special instructions, and we’ll make sure your flowers arrive as a delightful surprise.

  • A 50% advance is required to confirm your order after consultation.
  • The final balance is due 30 days before the event date.
